Ellen Fair – Board President
Ellen Fair is a fundraiser and investor in Bay Area based start-ups and non-profit entities – as well as serving as an Associate Producer for the documentary “Take Me to the River.” She is Board Chair of the Take Me To The River Education Initiative, Bay Area Board member of Summer Search, and Advisory Board, Peter Michael Foundation. Past leadership positions include Board member of the Healthy Communities Institute – a health technology company that was purchased by Xerox in 2014; Board of Trustees – The Branson School, President and Annual Fundraising Event Chair, Ross Valley Women’s League, and Annual Fundraising Event Co-Chair, Marin Valentine’s Ball. She has also worked in finance at Pixar Animation Studios and VAR Education sales at Macromedia.
Matthew Gasparich is Director of Corporate Development at DMG Entertainment, where he sources and evaluates acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities, along with driving internal strategic development initiatives. Prior to this he was Senior Manager of Corporate Business Development at Relativity Media, where he worked on the investment and financing of numerous films, including Immortals, Limitless, and The Fighter. Matthew began his career at UBS Investment Bank doing M&A advisory. He holds a Master’s of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, along with a minor in Jazz Studies from USC’s Thornton School of Music.
Robyn Shore began her career in real estate in the late 90’s. She spent several years buying, rehabbing, and selling foreclosures in the Phoenix, Arizona area. After closing 76 homes in one year she received the coveted Presidents Round Table Award in 2000. She later relocated to Northern California where she launched a high end line of handbags and accessories and successfully marketed them to boutiques.
Robyn is an active advocate for many social causes both locally and globally. She is very passionate about supporting and facilitating the education of disadvantaged women. She is currently involved with Woman for Women, Women’s Earth Alliance, and Music Heals International. Robyn has supported 19 women through their vocational training in Africa. Locally, Robyn has organized teams of teenagers to do annual room renovations for Homeward Bound Homeless Shelter providing safe and comfortable housing for families in crisis in the Bay area.
